STEP 1
Click Settings
STEP 2
In Settings click Period Types
STEP 3
Click Add Period Type. Enter the description as 'Venue Closed.' With the new 'Venue Closed' period type highlighted, click the Add Period button, also call it 'Venue Closed' and click the Close symbol.

Back in Settings, click Day Types
STEP 5
Click the plus button to add a new type. Enter the details for the Day Type and click Done.Close the window.
STEP 6
In Settings click Public Calendar
STEP 7
Click on the date you wish to close the venue and then click Edit
STEP 8
Click on Period Mapping
STEP 9
Click Allow EditingThen select the part of your venue that you wish to close. From here, click Venue Closed, Venue Closed, and Venue Closed. Then press the corner exit.

STEP 10
Choose the date that you have closed the venue on, and it will appear closed, with no bookings able to be made.
